1. Who we are
These terms cover the independent house Red Panda Publications and this website, including free author tools, the e-book reader, catalogue, hire and submission forms, chatbot, and dashboard.
2. No warranty
The site and every tool are provided as-is, for convenience. We do not warrant that barcodes, covers, imprint pages, indexes, spine widths, file conversions, or any other output are accurate, complete, printable, commercially safe, or fit for a particular purpose. Printers, platforms, and laws differ. You must check every file before you use it.
3. No liability for claims or damage
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Panda Publications, its editors, contractors, and hosts are not responsible for any claim, loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising from your use of this site or its tools. That includes — without limitation — lost manuscripts, corrupted files, wrong ISBNs or barcodes, incorrect spine measurements, index errors, copyright or defamation claims over work you upload or publish, print-run waste, lost sales, data loss, device damage, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. You use the site at your own risk.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for text, images, EPUBs, PDFs, and resumes you submit or process. You confirm you have the right to use them. We are not a party to disputes about ownership, permissions, trademarks, or personality rights in material you handle here.
5. Forms and inbox
Quote requests, submissions, orders, contact notes, work applications, and chatbot questions may be stored so the desk can reply. On some hosts, notes are kept in this browser as well as on the server. Do not send secrets you cannot afford to store.
6. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice. An estimate or a generated page is not a contract and is not a guarantee of publication, printing, or sale.
7. Tools run in your browser
Many converters and calculators run on your device. Results can fail on large files, unusual encodings, or damaged EPUBs. We are not liable if a conversion hangs, omits pages, or produces a file a printer rejects.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or withdraw a tool at any time. Continued use is acceptance of the current text on this page.
